•The Government’s Feed in Tariff (FiT) introduced in April
2010 pays generators for the electricity produced from
renewable technologies such as Photovoltaics (PV)
(PV).
•Community Energy Solutions, working in partnership with
another social enterprise, Empower Community, will fully fund
PV installations onto public sector buildings and social housing
roofs and share the FiT with the roof owner
